Guidelines for customer excellence:
We strive to ensure all customers feel they have had a meaningful, helpful and positive experience. Any customer who feels otherwise we are genuinely interested in their experience and seek their feedback.
In dealing with all customers we adhere to ethical and culturally diversity principals of our company and associated organizations.
Cancellation Policy:
Prime Perception Hypnotherapy has a 24hr cancellation policy. If you do not advise of cancellation within 24hrs of your appointed time you are required to pay 50% of the session cost. This policy is strictly enforced unless exceptional circumstances are provided by the client.
Prime Perception Hypnotherapy respects its customers and if any session is canceled by a therapist within 24hrs of the appointed time, Prime Perception will offer that client a 50% reduced session rate for their subsequent appointment.
Exclusions:
We do not offer CD’s or generic therapy, each session is individualized and can be recorded by the patient or for the patient with prior notice.
Confidentiality and other practices:
Prime perception acts in accordance with the guidelines of the Australian Hypnotherapy Association and complies with all of the AHA's code of ethics and complaints procedures.
