What to expect?

What to expect at Prime Perception Hypnotherapy:

 

Before Therapy:

Contact us by email or phone and we will send you a client information sheet (email, web download, or post).

 

In a confidential environment at a prearranged time you will meet with the therapist (Therapists practice or home visit under special conditions only).

 

On the day:

You will be required to fill out a confidential client history form.

The Therapist will then go over the form and discuss your issue/ reason for visit.

After discussing the issue the appropriate Hypnotherapy will be recommended and only start once agreed upon with you.

 

In a relaxed confidential setting Hypnotherapy will then take place.  You will be put into an altered state (hypnosis, please see what is hypnotherapy page for further information) and any therapy, outcomes and changes previously agreed upon will take place.

 

Session Details:

Hypnotherapy can take as little as 1 session or multiple sessions to achieve the desired result. This is dependent on the reason for the therapy and varies with each and every individual.

 

First session, Please allow 1 1/2 hours.  It is also a good idea to come 5 minutes early and leave some time (15-30min) for yourself afterwards.

Subsequent sessions, 1hr in length unless specified longer by the therapist. Please leave some time (15-30min) for yourself afterwards.

 

At the end of each session you may be given activities, objectives or information to achieve or read prior to the next session.  This is done to ensure you have the best information and outcome possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Individual session:

1 session $125.

Discounts:

2 sessions upfront for a discounted price of $115 each, $230 total.

3 sessions upfront for a discounted price of $110 each, $330 total.

 

Concession/ Pension card holders receive a 10% discount off the above pricing.
